But You Can't See Me

He loves you because he likes you.

And you love him because you like him.

No matter in what prospect.
He may think you have a nice face, beautiful eyes, angelic body, pearly skin - just to say it in a physical context. Or in the hollier way, you may think that he's a nice person, with an interesting character. Great physics, athletic, wavy hair, or whatever.

But the fact is,
you love him, because you like him.

And he loves you, because he likes you.

Which is not enough.
It is not a concrete base or fundamental thing for us to fall in love, or to be in love, with one another.

Despite of all the "likes", we need someone who really sees us.

The one that we feel we've known for life, only to speak with him/her for 10 minutes.
It's like you listening to your favourite band, and all the people hate it, but you like it, because you understand what the band is trying to do. Because you understand the distinctiveness of the band.

And by that alone, you can live with it.

This thing, the "sees us" thing is far more superior than the "likes".

You can find something or anything for a reason to like someone, but you can never see everyone.
And not just anybody can see through you for what you really are.

For all your life now,
have you ever let go of someone that sees you,
just because you don't "like" him/her?

Yes I did. Just for the mere sake of "like" while all this time he "sees" me. :)
